The JET HVBS-712D is the deluxe version of JET's 7-inch by 12-inch horizontal and vertical metalworking bandsaw. It adds multi-position blade guides and a toolless quick-lock vise to the same belt-to-gear drive platform built for daily cutoff work.
In the vertical position the multi-position blade guides increase throat capacity from 4 inches to 8 inches, which opens up larger contour cuts than the standard model. A large 9 x 12 inch infeed table extends support, and the toolless vise presets at 15, 30, and 45 degrees for repeatable miters. It sits in the fabrication and metalworking sawing lineup from JET.
